One of VEGA’s bets last year was the creation of a range of defenders that would cover the needs of Iberian fishing grounds.<\/p>\n

One of the models chosen was the VEGA TANTO defense. This very compact body model was thoroughly tested for many months by our experts in the field in order to ensure that we presented a superior quality spear. The main feature of this model in spinning is the possibility of casting such a small sample over a great distance, something difficult to achieve with much larger samples, in addition to the fact that this type of sample can fish on days with rougher sea conditions where the other types of sample (jerks, vinyls) do not perform satisfactorily.
\nThis compact and asymmetrical model with a metallic holographic texture, provides an oscillating and slow descent (“dead leaf” type), simulating natural prey in difficulty, which increases the attractiveness for fish, especially during the downward movement, when the overwhelming majority of attacks occur. <\/p>\n

In this model, we recommend a moderate to slow linear collection, however, the spear must be animated through linear collection, with pauses, tip touches and speed variations, adapting to the behavior of the fish and the sea conditions.
\nThe VEGA TANTO spear has an aerodynamic shape, which allows for large throws and attractive movements, making it easier to reach more distant areas and work the spear effectively, both in vertical jigging in boat fishing and in casting on the beach or rocky areas.
\nIts 3D eyes and ultra-resistant paint work further increase its effectiveness and durability, even after the constant attack of fish and clashes with the surrounding aquatic environment.<\/p>\n
In the elaboration of this specific model, we thought of 4 weights (30gr.\/60gr.\/80gr.\/100gr.) capable of ensuring the needs of spinning, light jigging and jigging in estuary and at low and moderate depths at sea.
\nWe tested various color options, and we chose 4, the ones that showed the best results in catching sea bass, bailas, croaker, lyliums and snappers.
\nAll models come with a double assist near the head (which allows total freedom of the body of the spear in its work and avoids arrests near the bottom), with holographic feathers for greater attraction of predators.<\/p>\n
