Another of VEGA’s novelties for 2025 is now available for delivery. The POTENZA R-POWER is a top of the range in the form of telescopic rods for foot bottom fishing.

Telescopic rods are extremely versatile rods that can cover various conditions and types of fishing on our coast, in addition to being practical and easy to transport.

This model was designed for anglers looking to have the quality of a top surfcasting rod, but in a telescopic version.

The POTENZA R-POWER was manufactured with the brand’s latest generation carbon, Ultra High Modulus Carbon (UHMC), also carrying a reinforcement of Cross Carbon Yarn Reinforcement (CCYR) making it even more powerful and resistant. The tip in order to become more resistant has been reinforced with our innovative POWER TIP (PT) system, providing it with above-average reliability.

Extremely fast acting and potent, this rod has an action of 100-300 grams, with a best-performance of 140-180 grams. For the quality and power of its blank, its weight of only 470 grams is very low and attests well to the purity and quality of the carbon used. The POTENZA R-POWER is a rod that in the hand presents an incredible balance and transmits a high confidence to the angler. Its ultra-fast tip action helps ensure more accurate and longer casts.
