POWER FORCE FX2

The basis of the POWER FORCE FX2 was born from the thought of the needs of buoy and chumbadinha fishing, on the Vicentine coast and on the cliffs of Portugal. However, we went a little further… In the ideology of this model, VEGA focused on creating a multipurpose model, which could serve customers for an “infinity” of types of fishing, in which it would not be a problem to use a sinker, a buoy or even a sample!

Not losing the ambiguity in these concepts forced several tests and experiments in order to ensure that this model offered fishermen the characteristics of a chameleon, capable of adapting to the environments where it is used!

Manufactured with one of the top carbons on the market, UHMC (Ultra High Modulus Carbon), with a reinforcement of its construction through PCC (Power Casting Construction), and our PT (Power Tip) reinforced tip concept, this model has the quality, power and reliability necessary to be able to successfully do fishing such as, buoy on cliff, chumbadinha, light bottom on rock or beach, buldo and trolling with the famous pingalins or dogfish or trolling with heavy spears in areas where it is necessary to reach great distances.

If, on the one hand, this model is based on a concept of very resistant rod, on the other hand, it is a model whose superior sensitivity allows us to fish in modalities of a more technical and specific nature, without prejudice to its performance.

With these combat characteristics, it made sense to fill this model with the SIC anti-shock guides, and a removable tubular reel holder, which can slide down the rod handle and be tightened in the area where the fisherman feels it gives him greater comfort and balance.

In terms of design, we have adopted an elegant concept, in shades of Indigo blue with blue and white lettering, based on the current VEGA concept.

With this, we have a really “different” model, capable of offering fishermen what very few rods in the fishing world can afford to offer.
